All the months of planning, budgeting, organizing, and hard work finally paid off as TransWorld SKATEboarding’s Editor In Chief Skin Phillips announced DVS as the winner of TransWorld’s first annual Skate & Create contest in San Diego. DVS claimed victory over Osiris, Globe, and Emerica.
